Returns
We do not accept returns on opened, used, or tampered products.
Returns are only accepted if:
The wrong item was shipped, or
The product arrived damaged or defective.
Reporting an Issue
Any delivery or product issue must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

Refunds & Replacements
Once approved, we may offer:
A replacement, or
A refund to the original payment method
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
Non-Refundable Items
Products damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer
